Earning your Private Pilot Rotorcraft Helicopter Certificate is an accomplishment that relatively few can boast. It is the first step in a career program or your license top continue learning and approach helicopters as a hobby. We highly recommend accelerating through your Private Pilot Certificate for one simple reason: The skills you learn build on each other, and breaks in your learning can create some headwinds in building those skills. Study hard, fly often, and earth your Private Pilot Certificate deliberately and efficiently.
We recommend a minimum of 3-4 days of flight a week alongside ground lessons on those same days to achieve your certificate.
Ground School: 35 Hours
Flight Hours: 60 Hours (Average, 40 is minimum)
